Are you a skilled Fabrication Lab Technician or Digital Fabrication Expert with a passion for teaching and innovation? UniPod Liberia, in partnership with the University of Liberia, iCampus, and Orange Digital Center, is calling for applications to serve as trainers for an upcoming 2-week Digital Fabrication Bootcamp at the University of Liberia’s Lakeview Complex.
This intensive, project-based training program is designed to equip emerging Liberian innovators with practical skills in modern digital manufacturing. To make this possible, UniPod Liberia is seeking highly qualified trainers with both technical expertise and proven teaching or facilitation experience.
Required Technical Proficiency
- Applicants must demonstrate strong skills in the following areas:
- CNC machining and operation
- 3D printing (design and execution)
- CO₂ laser cutting and digital design
- PCB design and milling
Who Should Apply?
Ideal candidates should have:
- A robust and verifiable FabLab profile
- Significant hands-on experience in digital fabrication and prototyping
- A strong commitment to project-based learning and skills development
- Evidence of past training or facilitation in a FabLab or similar environment
